Click-click. How nice it was a decade ago to chase away boredom by opening and closing a sliding phone. Now it returns with the new "full-screen" model of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 smartphone.
For several years, manufacturers have been looking for a way to free up the front of the phone as much as possible and dedicate it to the screen. That's why we have notches, pop-up selfie cameras and so on. The latest attempt is to revive the "slider", as it is Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 divided into two halves and so the user will be swipe down on the front to bring up the camera (and the system jumped directly into the photo application).
Magnets help the mechanism so that everything always goes neatly into place. Apparently, they tested it for 300 thousand movements.
Because of this, the screen with diagonal 6.4 inches occupies as much as 93 percent of the front of the phone. Although it must be said that Xiaomi has abused this data in the past. It's in the back dual camera with different foci, but inside Snapdragon 845 and 6, 8 or as much as 10 GB of memory. Basic range storage 128 GB, the 3200mAh battery isn't exactly big, but it's supported wireless charging and the charger for it, they say, will be included.
