Yamaha has finally just revealed the final version of their new three-wheeled electric scooter, the Yamaha Tritown. The Skiro is intended for covering shorter distances, and thanks to three wheels and LMW technology, driving will be easy and, above all, fun.
Yamaha Tritown is a concept that we first saw in 2017 (as part of Yamaha's futuristic garage), but today it has become a reality - this electric three-wheeled scooter boasts technology Yamaha Leaning Multi-Wheal (LMW), which takes care of the coordinated tilting of the wheels and helps you a lot in doing so chasing balance.
The drive is provided by an electric motor with power 500 watts, and it gets its energy from a battery with a capacity 380 watt hours, which is installed in the casing of the skiro. The maximum speed that can be achieved with the Yamaha Tritown is 25 km/h. Tritown is not among the lighter skis and weighs approx 40 kilograms, which makes it much more stable.
The three-wheel electric scooter Yamaha Tritown measures in length a good meter and has already passed the test in front of an interested audience. They will use the experience gained in the serial version, which should be available right away soon.
