1. Don't get bogged down, get straight to the point
They know exactly what they want and need from other people. They say what they think, which makes people hate or love them - depending on how (un)palatable the truth is. People are either extremely fond of what they say or repulsed by it. They work their way, they don't allow doubts, they are clear, so people always know what they are doing.
2. They believe in actions rather than words
They don't waste time. They don't bother with spoken words or written messages because it's a waste of time for them, but they always respond to them out of respect for others.
