Your coffee addiction might not be so bad...

How many cups of coffee have you had today? Maybe so much that it makes you shake and sweat? Believe it or not, it may not even be harmful to your body.

Professor Peter Kistler from Australia University of Melbourne came to an interesting conclusion during his research, which is not in accordance with the well-known myths. Turns out it was supposed to drinking large amounts of coffee helped people who have heart problems.

According to the professor, coffee contributes to an increase in heart rate, but it does not cause irregular heartbeats. Passionate coffee drinkers should enjoy their favorite drink this way reduce the chances of developing cardiac arrhythmia.

The study revealed that the appropriate amount of coffee consumed per day 3 cups, which include up to 400 milligrams of caffeine. An individual can otherwise drink up to 6 cups without harming their health.

In his research, Kistler based his research on a study conducted last year at University of Southampton and she revealed that she was supposed to be with the coffee drinkers lower risk of heart attack.
