Colors and photo filter
In this one studies, in which they analyzed the profiles of 179 people (more than 25,000 photos) and tried to find out what is the connection between people's personality and the colors and filters they use for their photos on Instagram. They found that more extroverted people had more photos with light filters and that people who were not in a relationship posted photos with lighter colors.
Frequency of posting
Researchers from Harvard and the University of Vermont are analyzed over 43,000 photos and found a link between depressed individuals and the frequency of posting: more depressed people posted more on Instagram. However, we cannot infer causation from this connection: it is even possible that those who post more on Instagram have become depressed or more depressed because of this.
Photo subject
Some of them researchers are of the opinion that that people who post more photos with their partners are more likely not to address relationship problems.
