Film May and June will be so varied that you will have to go to the cinema! Here comes the action fantasy adventure The Mummy, which all Tom Cruise 'fans' will definitely go see. The epic Pirates of the Caribbean is returning to the big screen. For science fiction fans, The Eighth Passenger: The Covenant will be the box office pick.

Ancient Egyptian queen Ahmanet has been trapped in a crypt beneath the scorching desert floor for millennia. Opening the door to a new world of gods and monsters, it takes us from the sand dunes of the Middle East to the hidden labyrinths beneath London with a mixture of wonder and excitement. Tom Cruise will be joined in the upcoming epic adventure by Annabelle Wallis, Jake Johnson, Courtney B. Vance and Oscar winner Russell Crowe. The cast was directed by Alex Kurtzman, who also produced the film together with Chris Morgan. Kurtzman and Morgan have been responsible for quite a few very successful franchises over the years - Kurtzman worked on Transformers, Star Trek and Mission: Impossible as a screenwriter or producer, and Morgan is one of the main writers of the Fast and Furious saga. The latter were joined by producer Sean Daniel, who also produced the Mummy trilogy.
