Jernejkitchen: PDF booklet with basic recipes for making sourdough and bread

Jernejkitchen is a Slovenian culinary blog created by the talented "chef" Jernej and the creative photographer Maja. The creative duo is not resting these days, as they decided to design and produce a PDF booklet with basic recipes for making sourdough and bread, which will one day become a real cookbook.

About the most "Pinterest-friendly" Slovenian culinary blog Jernejkitchen we already wrote. This time we would like to introduce you to a new product prepared for us by a creative duo who want to inspire people to create in the kitchen with their culinary project. Jernej - a talented "chef" who creates stunning dishes and assembles beautiful plates that are a real aesthetic treat - and Maja - a girl whose heart skips a beat when thinking about photography, design and enjoying good food - designed and produced the PDF a booklet with basic recipes for making sourdough and bread, both with yeast and sourdough. A free booklet that will be available on the website from March 30 Jernejkitchen, is a kind of framework, a draft, which Jernej and Maja want to upgrade and add more and more recipes in the future, so that the small booklet will one day become a real cookbook.

But why bread?

Because bread has always been a challenge for Jerne, but also a great pleasure. Because years ago he discovered sourdough bread, which completely changed his view on the preparation and production of bread, as well as on quality. Because the discovery was followed by the creation and development of his own recipes, which he would also like to share with us, and because the process of making bread always makes him happy and excited, and the result strongly reflects his mood, the season, the purpose and the story, which is different every time.
