Until now, you probably haven't associated Kia with speed and luxury. The Kia Stinger sports sedan aims to change that. At the Detroit Motor Show (NAIAS 2017), the Koreans presented their fastest and most powerful model in history, which has come a long way from a study to a serial model, which will be available in Slovenia as early as 2017.
Kia Stinger saw the light of day. Kia she was never top notch, much less dude's car. But even that is changing. Thanks to the Kia Stinger, which is the fastest and most powerful Kia until now and was predicted by a 2011 study GT Concept. With the five-door and five-seater Gran Turismo, the Korean brand wants to raise its profile. It will be available with a drive on the rear and on all four wheels.

If the Kia Stinger brings to mind Audi A7, this is no coincidence, as it was born from the fingers of Peter Schreyer, Audi's ex-designer. They harnessed her under the hood 2-liter turbo gasoline engine with 258 hp (190 kW) and 352 Nm of torque and 3.3 liter V6 engine with two turbines that squeezes out of itself 370 hp (272 kw) and 494 Nm of torque. The latter allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds and speeds up to 267 km/h. It will be available for the European market diesel engine, which Kia will present at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
They trusted the transmission of power to the wheels eight-speed automatic transmission. In length, the Kia Stinger measures 4.83 meters, and its wheelbase is 2.90 meters, which promises a spacious interior. It is the first Kia that can boast with electronically adjustable chassis Dynamic Stability Control and electro servo amplification. The steering wheel will offer a quintet of driving modes. The safety assistance systems are worth mentioning lane keeping system, pedestrian detection system and automatic emergency braking. A 7-inch touchscreen provides feedback. 55 percent of its chassis contributes high strength steel, which further contributes to handling. We hope for it in Slovenia in the second half of 2017.
