She is a big lover of cities, she is a "city child" who loves discovering new corners, where she finds a moment of peace and quiet within the fast-paced lifestyle. She also loves driving, long drives act like therapy for her, she uses them to think and be with herself. In addition to fashion, her great passion is travel, she prefers to return to New York, which suits her character and lifestyle very well. We hung out with Tesa all day, because we were interested in what the life of a young and successful blogger looks like in the company of a fashionable Škoda Fabia Black Edition.
BLACK IS THE NEW BLACK
I chose the Fabio Black Edition, which is the most fashionable version of this popular model. It expresses elegance and dynamism completely in its own and original way. Almost like me. The special feature of the model is the magical black pearl color, which emphasizes Fabia's expressive shapes, high hips and prominent rear. The 17-inch alloy wheels covered in black emphasize its sportiness. "Blacked-out" body elements (engine mask, window surrounds) are black in this model. And the combination of all the details makes it extremely fashionable. To top it all off, let me point out the air deflector above the tailgate, which makes this Fabia stand out. The exterior is followed by the interior, where the aesthetics of the "Piano Black" decorative elements reign supreme. And a man of details that give it the touch of fashion capitals. Excited!
AWAKENING (6.15 AM)
Tesa loves mornings. In them he finds moments for himself and his stories. "I'm a very morning person," Tesa says with a laugh, adding that she loves productive mornings. When he gets up, he goes for a walk with his dog Luna, drinks coffee and has breakfast. This is followed by mandatory scheduling for busy days. Another jump to the kitchen, where he usually prepares a smoothie, which he takes with him right into the car and drinks it on the way. In the early hours of the morning, the Fabia mainly serves me with easy city driving dynamics, which excites me. Lightness and uncomplicatedness is what I appreciate most about her in the mornings. As soon as I get into the car, my Fabia connects to the smartphone and the contents of the phone are mirrored on the car display. That way I don't miss any important information or notification.
TO THE CITY BY INSPIRATION (9.00 am)
"I'm a city kid, so I spend most of the day in city centers," says Tesa, who looks for inspiration for her next fashion story on the streets and in cafes. The Fabia is made for city centers, as it is extremely agile and equipped with sensors for easier parking. Mine is equipped with the "Front Assist" function, which automatically brakes in an emergency in critical situations. So it is not only beautiful, but also smart and safe. Another thing. Let me highlight the fact that I was completely impressed with the "Light Assistant" gadget, because I completely forgot about turning the lights on and off. The car takes care of everything itself. Practically on days when I have a full head.
MY SECOND OFFICE (11.00)
I am surprised that the Fabia is such a spacious car. It never runs out of space to store small things. I always leave my favorite sunglasses in the sunglass drawer so I'm never looking for them. The number of different storage spaces is surprising. And I feel like I'm in an office, where everything is always available and at hand. Also because my Fabia is smart and gets along great with my phone. The Fabia supports Apple CarPlay, which means that the contents of my phone are immediately mirrored on the car's display. And so I can manage the information on the phone right through the touch-sensitive screen. I also do most of my phone conversations right from the car, which is a real island of privacy. I can park and talk for hours. This is also why I look at my Fabia as my office. Your second office.
FASHION SHOPPING IS MY JOB. (13.00)
If Fabia is my second office, the shops are my stage. The Fabia, on the other hand, often turns into a backstage area, and I appreciate the neatness and spaciousness. I was completely surprised by the spaciousness of the luggage compartment, which Škoda told me is the largest in the segment. Although liters don't mean much to me - just shopping bag liters - 330 liters seems huge for a city car. Even after flying from store to store all day, I still find room for extra bags. The tinted rear windows of the Fabia Black Edition offer enough privacy and protect the interior from prying eyes. Alas... "The hook for bags in the trunk sometimes seemed unnecessary to me since I've been driving the Fabia, I can simply do without it anymore." A really practical solution.
EDITING ON THE WAY (19:00)
From meeting to meeting, back to the editorial office and already flying to the shooting. The hectic pace of everyday life, which is definitely noticeable towards the end of the day. And that's when the real action begins in the city. Another social event or meeting with a friend on one of the summer terraces. This is also why the Fabia is much more than a means of transport, it is also my bathroom, as I often put on my make-up in the car. At the same time, it's also a wardrobe, in which I always have spare shoes and some clothes, if I need to get ready quickly for an event. I take the lipstick out of the drawer, look in the mirrors and instantly create a more glamorous look, suitable for the red carpet.
