  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar

The procedure for making cannoli oreos:
Next, separate the filling from the cookies with a knife and put the cookies in a blender. Mix until a fine powder is formed. Shake in a bowl and add flour and a spoonful of vegetable oil. Mix it up. Stir in the egg, add a good deciliter of water, a tablespoon of vinegar, knead the mass and form a lump from it (if the mass is too wet, add a little more flour, if it is too dry, add a little more water). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Put powdered sugar in a bowl, add half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, a good deciliter of warm water, 75 grams of vegetable fat and mix well to get a homogeneous mixture. Transfer to a cake decorating bag (it can also be improvised) and refrigerate briefly. Meanwhile, on a floured surface, roll out the Oreo cookie mass and cut circles out of it (see video) and roll them into a pancake using a rolling pin. Fry for 2 minutes in oil heated to 360 degrees Celsius. When the 'pancake' has cooled, insert the filling. For decoration, you can crumble the cookies and sprinkle the cannoli with the crumbs.
