Peugeot presented the innovative concept of a restaurant on wheels "Le Bistrot du Lion". The mobile bistro combines innovative options for offering quality dishes straight from a modern Peugeot van or "food truck".
Peugeot's the mobile bistro “Le Bistrot du Lion” is a concept idea conceived and developed by the Peugeot design studio Peugeot Design Lab, who will open the restaurant on wheels to the public at Milan Design Week 2015. The interior and exterior of the Peugeot "foodtruck" are not partitioned off and allow guests to see the work of the chef and the state of the kitchen. The vehicle itself is a solid vehicle that allows for skillful steering and is suitable for use in the city. After arriving at the destination, which can also be a food market, a picnic area or a sports field, the "foodtruck" unfolds, doubles its width and transforms into a comfortable kitchen with built-in professional food preparation appliances, a restaurant with chairs, umbrellas and tables and even a DJ cabin.
