As children, we preferred to sweeten ourselves with "frozen sweet water", as our mothers called us. To inject a little childish mischief into this summer, we decided to freeze one of our favorite alcoholic beverages. Gin & tonic we added crunchy cucumber slices and transformed it into lights, perfect for cooling down in the heat wave we've been witnessing this summer.
Recipe for Gin & Tonic Cucumber Lights:
Ingridients:
- gin
- tonic
- cucumber
- lime
Directions for Gin & Tonic Cucumber Lights:
Mix tonic, gin and lime juice in a pitcher. Pour the mixture into the lamp molds, put a few cucumber slices in each mold and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
