We like it fresh, crisp and light in the summer. In any case, in the hottest months, cooking is kind of superfluous, and that's exactly why a colorful summer salad made of delicious pasta is a great solution in summer.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g of pasta of your choice
- 1 large can of tuna in olive oil
- 1 handful pitted green olives
- chopped pieces 3 sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- oregano
- marjoram
- salt
- pepper
- lemon juice
- balsamic vinegar
Process:
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and toss in a large salad bowl. Place in the refrigerator and let them cool.
Open the can of tuna and break the tuna into small pieces with a fork. Add to the pasta, mix and put back in the fridge.
Cut fresh vegetables, olives and sun-dried tomatoes into pieces of any size and add to the well-chilled mixture of pasta and tuna. Season, drizzle with some balsamic vinegar and pour over the lemon juice of half a lemon. Mix well and serve.
