Ingredients for the Nutella star:
- 450 g of flour
- 180 ml of milk
- 42 g of fresh yeast
- 60 g of sugar
- salt
- 2 eggs
- 40 g of melted butter

The process of preparing the Nutella star:
First, let's prepare the yeast dough. To do this, first heat the milk, add a teaspoon of sugar and crushed yeast to it. While waiting for the mixture to foam, melt the butter and sift the flour into a bowl, adding sugar and a pinch of salt. Add hot butter and beaten eggs and mix everything well. At the end, add milk with kvass. Knead and leave to rise at room temperature for at least one hour. Divide the risen dough into four equal parts and roll out each separately and mark a circle with the help of a plate. Cover all but one inside the marked area with Nutella and layer one on top of the other to make four layers of dough and three spreads. Using a knife and a plate as a guide, cut off the excess edge. Place everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place a medium-sized glass in the middle of the dough and cut the dough four times with a knife to get four equal parts. The four legs are then halved to make eighths, and the process is continued to make sixteenths. An artistic contribution follows. One leg is turned twice to the left, and the neighboring one to the right twice, and so on. Finally, glue the arms together. Then just place the Nutella star in the oven, heated to 180 degrees Celsius, and bake for 30 minutes. Have a good run!
