1. Spring rolls with gorgonzola sauce and mushrooms
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 400 g of pasta
- 100 g of fresh champignons
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- 100 g of gorgonzola
- 30 g of grated parmesan
- 50 g of butter
- salt
- pepper
- a pinch of nutmeg
Preparation:
Clean the champignons and cut them into slices. Boil about 4 liters of water and sprinkle the dill into the salted dill, which we cook according to the instructions on the package. You can also pour some olive oil into the water to prevent the pasta from sticking. Drain the cooked pasta and start preparing the sauce. Fry the champignons in butter in a pan. To these, gorgonzola cubes and sweet cream are added, and Parmesan is added to the already melted mixture. Season to taste with pepper, salt and nutmeg and mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well mixed together. Pour the delicious sauce over the spring rolls in a large bowl and serve the dish.
2. Pens with tomato sauce and tuna
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 400 g pens
- ½ red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 400 g of pelatas from a can
- 2 cans of tuna in virgin olive oil
- 4 pitted black olives
- 4 pitted green olives
- ½ tsp dried basil
- olive oil

- pepper
- chili powder
- parmesan

Preparation:
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the olives into rings, cut the pelate into cubes and shred the tuna from the can with a fork. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging - use about 1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta. Prepare the sauce by frying the onion in a large pan. When glazed, add garlic and stir until fragrant. Add the pelata with pulp from the can to the onion and garlic, mix well and season with basil, salt, pepper and chili to taste. Cook the sauce at a moderate temperature for about 5 minutes, then add the tuna and olives. Mix the pasta with the sauce in a large bowl and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese.
3. Spaghetti with Bolognese-style meat sauce
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 400 g thick spaghetti
- 1 red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 carrots
- virgin olive oil
- 500 g of pellets from a can
- 200 g of ground beef
- 200 g of ground pork
- a glass of red wine
- 1 bay leaf
- salt
- pepper
- thyme
Preparation:
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions and prepare the sauce while it is cooking. Clean the onion, garlic and carrot. Chop the first two, cut the carrots into small cubes. Quickly fry the meat in a large pan, then add the onion and garlic. Mix well and add carrots. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir diligently for a few more minutes. After about five mixes, add the peels and pulp from the can and, if necessary, add some water. Mash the pelata well with a fork and mix everything thoroughly and wait for the sauce to boil. When boiling, add a glass of red wine, laurel and thyme. Cook the sauce over moderate heat for another half hour and pour it over the spaghetti while still hot. Bon Appetit!
