The problem with existing smartwatches was mainly the necessity of connection with a smartphone via Bluetooth connection. As long as it was an hour too distant from the smartphone, but the connection is lost. With the next generation of watches, Samsung is already showing the direction of a new type of communication device that is a completely independent unit.
