The Cinder Cone is a bohemian treehouse in the Columbia River Gorge Nature Reserve (Skamania County, USA) that hovers over a skatepark. It's a tree-lined residential "complex" that hovers over a skatepark and an outdoor hot tub that's "heated" by wood. The project was overseen by people of various professions, from professional carpenters to those who gained experience while working.
The Cinder Cone is a bohemian tree house trapped under the canopy above the skatepark. The treehouse project is a child Foster Hunington and his friends, who are the growth of his own dream home, which has been running since spring in 2014, carefully documented and packaged in a video, which you can watch below.

Furthermore on Kickstarter they are collecting start-up funds for the publication of the book The Cinder Cone Build Book, which in detail documents the creation process tree houses (sketches, photos, notes, tips,...). With the book, they want to encourage and inspire others to awaken the child inside and undertake such projects.
