CES 2017: The Toyota Concept-i is a car that bonds with you as you bond with it

The future is exciting and this is probably best reflected through cars. Futuristic studies have always stirred the human imagination. It is no different at the CES 2017, otherwise the consumer electronics fair, which has become a sandbox for steel horse providers as well. Toyota also presented itself there this year, bringing the Toyota Concept-i concept vehicle to Las Vegas, which emphasizes the vehicle's contact with humans. The vehicle is capable of learning and building a special, deep bond with it, like the one between two people.

For Toyota is the making futuristic vehicles a kind of folklore. His last vision of the mobile future were presented at the fair CES 2017, where they delivered a futuristic concept Toyota Concepts.

At the presentation of the vehicle, they said, 'to is the way to.' level five autonomous driving, that is, the stage where the computer has full control over the ride, even the long and bumpy ones. We are currently at the second stage where the computer controls the steering, acceleration and braking to some extent, and the control of the car remains in the hands of a person. Toyota is currently betting on this level.

The Toyota Concept-i concept was developed by the Japanese in their California research center CALTY, and the technology was contributed by their development center in San Francisco. Toyota's idea was to create a car with artificial intelligence (they named her Yui), who knows anticipate the owner's needs and in this way make his daily needs easier.

Yui is also capable of auto driving (vehicle gradually transitions from manual control mode to autonomous driving by monitoring the driver's focus on what is happening on the road), but its main task is to improve safety and completely master communication with the driver, dutifully fulfilling his commands and wishes. He is able to communicate with the driver with the help of sound and light signals (also via interactive bodies), if necessary, well he also takes physical action.

The interior of the vehicle is like an artist's studio, i.e. with lots of light. Not only is the vehicle designed very aerodynamic, it also has lots of glass surfaces, which enable greater transparency and light penetration into the passenger cabin. It also stands out unusual way of opening the door, which enables easier entry and exit of passengers, especially where there is little room for maneuver. You will search the cabin in vain touch screens, which have become a kind of physical 'password' of the vehicles of the near future.

Toyota used instead head-up display (HUD), which all the necessary information projected onto the windshield and thus allows the driver to concentrate one hundred percent on driving.
