After a successful one-month tour at Trg Republike in December 2015, Moonolith is moving to Ljubljana Castle on March 21. The interactive installation, which is different every time it is set up, will thus bring the moon and the stars right among us.
Moonolith it is interactive monument for a public space that on its surface depicts the Moon and star constellations. It is a monument dedicated to the urban walker. It is a tribute to dark matter, the void, the in-between space, speed, time and its passing.

Ob interaction with people it becomes the surface of the Moonolith responsive light and sound musical instrument, and in the rest phase is a sculpture that, with the movement of light and sounds, represents a place of calm and reflection. Artistic director Martin Bricelj Baraga developed especially for the Ljubljana Castle daily interactive version of Moonolith, which responds to people's movements through the sound system surround sound. It will open the installation concert by French music producer and artist Eric Raynaud – FRACTION, author of the Moonolith soundtrack.
