The first edition of Creative Therapy: Anti-Stress Coloring Book is an actual coloring book for adults, featuring 124 pages of imaginative illustrations.
Artists Hannah Davies, Richard Merritt, and Jo Taylor, the authors of the book, are the coloring pages Creative Therapy: Anti-Stress Coloring Book added a big plus. The book contains 61 detailed line drawings, which are ready for "free after color" coloring. Some pages contain drawings that are already partially filled in and thus they stimulate the mind and ensure visual stimulus for color schemes. But in the end, we are the ones who decide how to color the drawing.
In addition to line drawings, the book contains another form of creative therapy - doodling. There are 32 illustrations that have simple shapes and few lines that make us want to we finish the drawing ourselves.
