Park was once parking lot, called Bairro Alto, but they changed it to garden terrace. The park isn't the easiest to find, as you'll be constantly wondering if you're in the right place while walking around multi-apartment parking lots full of graffiti, but this walk is worth it because you will saw the city and the Tagus river. The terrace is covered with plants, so you will feel as if you are cut off from bustle. They will serve you simple food and good beer, as the selection is very large.
Frank's Cafe, London
When Frank's Cafe opens in south-east London, it is the official sign that summer has begun. The bar is on the top floor of the car park behind Peckham High Street, so you'll be able to witness it epic view of the sunset.
Konak Cafe, Istanbul
