Lake Kreda in Mojstrana

Kreda is a small artificial lake of pastel green color in the valley of the Radovna river. It got its name from the chalk that was mined there until 1985. Locals believe that smearing with chalk, which is still in the water, is healing. In the summer you can swim in it, and in the winter, when it freezes over, you can skate on it. There are also parking lots near the lake, but there is less shade on summer days, so we recommend that you don't forget the umbrellas.

A lake that has heart shape (from a bird's eye view), were dammed by the locals in memory of the large glacial lake, after which the place got its name. It is certainly the most attractive spot in Jezersko and a kind of its symbol. Walks to Planšar Lake from various directions are the most popular among locals and tourists, and the guest house next to it offers you good home-cooked food.
