11 things to remove from your relationship before the end of 2021

If in 2021, your relationship with your partner is not what you imagined it would be, you need to make certain changes in your life. But first, you need to figure out what those things are that are holding you back. The ones that make or break your relationship.

Relationships are not easy, especially when the same patterns appear in them and you do nothing about it. Or if the relationship is toxic and you stay in it out of habit.

Check if some of these things are happening to you. And if you find yourself in most of the written facts, remove them from your life as soon as possible, even if it means that the relationship must end.

1. You have the same arguments over and over again

One or the other apologizes for their behavior, but it obviously means nothing to anyone because you keep making the same mistakes over and over again. They don't grow and change as a couple. They are simply going round and round and repeating history.

2. You don't want to be in his company

You are more excited about the idea of seeing friends, family or being alone. You'd rather be at work than with him.

3. You no longer feel emotional affection for each other

They no longer feel the desire to hold hands or to give him a long and loving hug. You prefer to keep your distance, physically and emotionally.

Because you are used to being with him. Because you can't imagine life without it. Remember that your history is not a reason to stay with someone if you are unhappy. It's never too late to change. He never admits that he has done anything wrong. He tries to shift the blame to everyone but himself, especially you. He will never mature because he refuses to register his own mistakes.

10. You feel like you're the only one struggling in the relationship

Your partner should be there for you when you need him. You shouldn't be the only one providing emotional support. I should encourage you. Support and help when you need help.

11. You are not happy

You don't need a good reason to break up with someone. If you're not happy, you can leave. You shouldn't force yourself to stay in a relationship with someone just out of habit or because it looks good to others. If you are not happy, you must decide to change that fact.
