With the flood of new SUVs and crossovers, it's good to see that many car brands haven't given up on wagon versions of cars. One of them is Peugeot, which presented the station wagon version of the 308 model.
Peugeot 308 SW it brings more space, but otherwise has the same technology and powertrains as the recently introduced 308 model. In the battle for buyers, it will compete directly with representatives of the Volkswagen Group, such as the Seat Leon Sportstourer, Škoda Octavia Combi and Golf Variant. The Peugeot 308 SW could be said to be one of the more beautiful ones station wagons, which carries over most of its design from the ″cut-back″ model.
The wagon has a significantly larger luggage space compared to the so-called hatchback. That's all we have available 608 liters, and with the seats down, the volume increases to 1.634. Objects up to the length can be stored in it 185 cm. The Peugeot 308 SW is not a segment leader in terms of boot space, but that's okay, as it still offers plenty of space. Compared to its predecessor, the newcomer is longer by 6 cm, but if we compare it with the model with a chopped back, the SW has a 21 cm longer luggage compartment. In the trunk there is a 12-volt socket, nets for storing things, handy hooks and LED lighting.
The Peugeot 308 SW will be available early next year and will be available in both petrol and diesel versions. You will also be able to think of it in a form incidental hybrid.
