Let me first wish you a Happy New Year (you know, it's never too late or better late than never). Let the new year be a new beginning, even if we realize at the same time that we will not fulfill everything we promised ourselves.
One of my favorite things about the first two months of the new year is anticipation of spring. It is that wonderful time when everything is awakening. And until I noticed the first wrinkles on my face, I never really thought, how things really work in nature. The days are longer, the angle of the sun changes, the temperature rises. When that happens, the magic begins. Seeds are germinating, plants are growing, leaves are sprouting from buds on trees, birds are returning from the warm south, and someone down the street is already thinking about how to start the lawnmower for the first time. There is something in this new life and freshness that it gives an opportunity to close the door on the old year and celebrate the beginning of the new one.
In this year's first issue of our urban magazine, we devoted ourselves to the CES technology fair, which took place in Las Vegas between January 8 and 11. Exciting innovations from various technological fields will excite both male and female readers, as technology has long been no longer a male domain. We didn't overlook either of the watch fair SIHH in Geneva, where they presented breathtaking beauties, at the same time they are further proof that human imagination and innovation know no bounds.
