47 ronin – masterless samurai

A fantasy spectacle, which was created on the basis of of the Japanese historical lore of the 47 ronin, samurai who were left without a master. Keanu Reeves will play one of those 47 who will avenge the death of his master.

Loyalty, honor, courage and loyalty are the main principles of samurai life, if they are left without a master, they are left without a life and their own identity, the final choices are two, harakiri, Japanese ritual suicide or you become ronin, renegade samurai without a master. An epic narrative this time it is based on a popular Japanese historical tradition that talks about to the nobleman Asan, who with his daughter Mika resides in to a flourishing kingdom. They are preparing for their arrival at the court the shogun, and his own arrives before him sidekick of Cyrus, who looks at the beautiful Mika. He concocts a hellish plan and tricks Asan into wounding him with a sword. Asano's Samurai they are dissolved, therefore they become ronins, wandering tenants without a master. However, the desire for revenge is great, so under the command of Asano's loyalist Commander Oishi they hatch a revenge plan against an immeasurably stronger enemy.

Excellent cast with Keanu Reeves at the head and all the Japanese acting cream, as a special feature, he also appears in the film Rick Genest, whose body is completely covered in skeleton tattoos and is the only one who didn't need a mask for the film. But it's definitely a movie a large format spectacle, special effects and a great story.
