Peanut Butter Balls

Ingridients

  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sweetener
  • 200 g of chocolate

Preparation

Grind the peanuts in a blender and then add the peanut butter and sweetener. When a compact mass is formed, form 18 balls from it. Place them on a baking sheet and transfer to the refrigerator.

While the balls are cooling, melt the chocolate. Dip the cooled balls in chocolate and put them back in the cooler. Serve when cooled.

Parmesan chips

Ingridients

  • 1 cup parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon basil (dried)

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Scoop up the Parmesan cheese with a tablespoon and make a small mound of the cheese, then sprinkle the basil over it. Repeat the process. Bake the chips for 5 minutes until golden.

Cheesecake balls

Ingridients

  • 115 g of cream cheese
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetener
  • ½ cup chocolate

Preparation

Once the cream cheese and peanut butter have softened at room temperature, combine them together with the sweetener. Mix the ingredients well to form a mass from which you will later create balls. Cut the chocolate into cubes, then sprinkle them over the balls or roll the balls in the chocolate. Put them in the fridge for two hours and serve.

Ingridients

  • ½ cup parmesan
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame (or extra to taste)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Grate cheese to taste and Parmesan in a large bowl and add eggs. Mix the ingredients well. Divide the mass into six equal parts and pour it into the molds for baking donuts. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the mixture, place the pan in the oven and bake the pastry for 20 minutes.

  • 5 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon oregano (dried)
  • ½ tablespoon paprika powder
  • ½ tablespoon of pepper
  • ¼ tablespoon of salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Remove the stems from the mushrooms, place them on a baking sheet and salt them.

Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a large bowl. Stir until bubbles disappear. Fill the mushrooms with the mass and sprinkle Parmesan over it. Bake the dish for 30 minutes and serve it warm.
