Oystering is a new dating trend that more and more singles are embracing. If you feel like the "sea of potential fish" has dried up, you're not alone. Many singles admit that the corona has made it difficult for them to date and the possibility of meeting someone at all.

Because breakups and ending sad relationships, that you have had in your life, you usually want to hide from the rest of the world, become depressed and start thinking - what is the meaning of life and will you find your soulmate and love.

With the new trend - oystering - you have to shake off such thinking, because this means that after a broken relationship you accept a single lifestyle and happily embark on new "dating ventures" - completely relaxed and without thinking about past relationships.

Oystering means those looking forward to getting back into the dating game see the world as their oyster! Oystering refers to the realization that the newly single can re date who you want, how you want, when you want.

The term was coined by the dating app Badoo. It came on a day when their research found that nearly half of single people - 46% who had recently gone through a breakup were excited to start dating again.
