We blame ourselves for losing touch with nature. That we cut down the forests, neglect the rivers, do not cultivate the land and pollute the air. They say that nature will take its revenge on us. Let's (p)remain optimistic! There are more and more initiatives for living with nature. We seem to be re-learning what a relationship can bring us and how important it is for the generations after us. Mette Helbaek and Flemming Hansen share the same opinion, having created a permaculture farm in the south of Sweden, where you can reconnect with nature and find inner peace.
Farm "Stedsans in the woods" otherwise, it has not yet opened its doors, but it is not very far from that (21. 7.). Stand between Malmö, Gothenburg and Copenhagen. The main building extends to 800 m² and is 'dressed' in glass. There will also be a restaurant"from the ground to the table”, which will offer food grown exclusively on the farm. The intention is that the environment would not produce no waste, so will z food scraps fed animals or composted it, and watered the gardens with the unused water. They will also be in the settlement holiday homes, built exclusively from recycled natural materials, such as wood from old barns, glass from greenhouses, etc. They will be heated only with solar energy and a wood stove. They don't want to no fossil fuels.
The world would definitely be a better place if everyone lived like this. For now, we can content ourselves with visiting similar farms.
