Belgian fashion designer Raf Simons has joined forces with the adidas brand once again to present the reimagined adidas Ozweego, which will be available later this month. And what is so special about them? They are dressed in chrome!
Adidas he again collaborated with Raf Simons. This is not the first fashion collaboration - together they have already restyled quite a few adidas silhouette sneakers, including cult models Stan Smith and flip flops Adilette, but also the Ozweego model will not be changed for the first time. The Belgian designer's silhouette from the late 90s saw its first makeover in 2013, where he combined smooth leather, mesh fabric and a robust sole.
adidas by Raf Simons, Ozweego 2019The special feature of the last collaboration is chrome silver sole cover – this was created with the help of a layer of thermoplastic polyurethane, to which a mirror effect was added. The sneakers are part of an upcoming collection that the sports giant describes as "a memory of the glam rock period of the 70s of the last century".
The sneakers will be available in six colors: black, grey, red, blue, cream and pink. You can see the entire collection in the gallery, and mark it in your calendar May 23. The price for the sneaker model is 350 US dollars, which is calculated around 314 euros.
