New York, Chicago, Vienna, Singapore and others all already have it, and for the fifth year in a row we will again add Slovenia to the list of runners to the highest skyscraper in the city. The Crystal Palace in Ljubljana's BTC will once again become a unique challenge for one day for everyone who wants to overcome it as quickly as possible. Registrations for the Alive Step Up 5th Run at the Crystal Palace are already open, so you can start preparing yourself or join the teams that are already preparing hard.
Slovenia can boast of some tall buildings - in Ljubljana, until a few years ago, the Ljubljana skyscraper was considered the tallest, but it is the title of the tallest skyscraper in Ljubljana has been taken over by the Crystal Palace. A tall building also requires high goals – Alive Step Up brought running to the tallest building five years ago, 89 meters, 20 floors and 479 steps will certainly represent an insurmountable obstacle for adrenaline seekers.
On Alive Step Up 5th run to the Crystal Palaceo will compete in two categories – light category Step Up (conquer the summit 1 time and overcome 459 stairs) and extreme category Extreme Step Up (Conquer the summit 3 times and overcome 1377 steps). It is a special category Step Up Relay, which is intended for teams. It is also a novelty Step Up Black Friday (for girls only - runs on Fridays).
They will become the fastest and the fastest from the extreme category for one year the king and queen of the Crystal Palace. The event is not only entertaining in nature, but also charitable. This year, too, funds will be collected for children of the Ljubljana Pediatric Clinic. If you don't run, at least contribute to a better tomorrow for all children - they will thank you!
