Alpina presented the B3 and D3 S models, which come in station wagon and sedan versions. Both models are based on the recently introduced and refreshed BMW 3 model.
Alpina B3 boasts a more powerful 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline 6-cylinder, which has a new 495 horsepower and 730 newton meters of torque. The new version has such bad ones 33 horsepower more and for 30 newton meters more torque. Power is transmitted using an automatic 8-speed gearbox. Alpina B3 limousine needs to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h 3,6 seconds and reaches top speed 305 km/h. The caravan is for 0,1 a second slower and reach 302 km/h.
The Alpino D3 S drives 3.0 liter diesel engine that has 355 horsepower and just like that 730 newton meters of torque. The top speed of the sedan is 273 km/h, and the maximum speed of the station wagon 270 km/h. The Alpina B3 and Alpina D3 S are only available with four-wheel drive and an electronic rear differential lock. The newcomer will be most easily recognized by the front air deflector, on which the Alpina inscription is clearly visible.
The latest is available inside 14.9-inch the curved screen that we saw at the presentation of the redesigned BMW 3. The colors around the instruments remain typical for Alpina, green and blue. Alpina offers a wide range of customization options where customers can choose from upholstery, stitching, bindings and more. Lavalina quality leather is also available. The Alpina B3 is available in Germany from 88,600 euros further, and the Alpina D3 S from 77,050 euros further.
