Ingredients

  • 1 kg of vanilla ice cream
  • a little strawberry jam
  • 250 g of dark chocolate
  • 200 g of milk chocolate
  • 125 g of coconut flour
  • wooden chopsticks

Directions

  1. Take the ice cream out of the freezer for at least 10 minutes, but make sure it doesn't melt completely. Pour it into a mold lined with baking paper.
  2. Pour over the jam, then take longer wooden sticks and stick them on the mass. Pay attention to the distance, as we will cut into cubes later.
  3. Store overnight in the freezer.
  4. The next day, take the model out of the freezer and let it stand for 2 minutes, then take the ice cream out of the model.
  5. Cut the cubes as quickly as possible, but also as accurately as possible, so that the stick remains in the middle of each one.
  6. Place them on baking paper and immediately put them back in the freezer for two hours.
  7. Break and melt the chocolate, preferably in a steamer and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Quickly dip the cubes of ice cream mixture into the chocolate, then roll them in the coconut and immediately return them to the freezer one by one.
  9. When it freezes again - a good run.
