Strawberry tiramisu is like the dance of spring in the kitchen – is a feast for the eyes, an oasis for the palate and a rest for the soul.

Strawberries are one of the most popular and versatile fruits that nature has to offer. Their season extends from spring to early summer, which means now is the time to take advantage of their freshness.

Ingredients

  • 10 pieces of cookies
  • 350 g of fresh strawberries
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 200 g of cream cheese
  • 150 ml sweet cream
  • 200 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 80 ml of milk
  • for decoration: 2 strawberries, grated

Directions

Step 1: Preparation of strawberry jam
We start by preparing the strawberry jam, which will add a rich fruity note to the cake. Mix 250 g of chopped strawberries with sugar in a saucepan at medium temperature. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries soften and the mixture thickens slightly. After cooking, set the jam aside and let it cool.
Step 2: Preparing the cheesecake filling
In a large bowl, first beat the cream cheese until it becomes smooth and creamy. Then slowly pour in the sweet cream and continue mixing. When the ingredients are well combined, add mascarpone cheese and condensed milk. Beat everything together until you get a homogeneous and smooth mass.
Step 3: Assembling the cake
We start by assembling the cake by placing cookies on the bottom of a round baking pan. Place the halved strawberries on the edge of the baking dish, while spreading half of the strawberry jam in the middle. Then cover with half of the prepared cheese filling.
Repeat the process with another layer of biscuits, the remaining jam and filling. At the end, flatten the cake nicely and place it in the refrigerator for a few hours so that all the ingredients combine well and harden.
Step 4: Garnish and serve
Before serving, decorate the cake with grated strawberries, which add freshness and visual appeal.
