Angel

The Ljubljana center of the best neighbor in Šiška has a new look that works well, especially in the culinary sense. The first floor offers us the new Angel restaurant, which follows the red thread of Tuscan cuisine, elegantly packaged in an elegant interior. Even with cold and warm appetizers, we are tempted by the smell of spices and truffles, whether it's truffle bread, Tuscan prosciutto or salmon angelica. When it comes to pasta, they offer wide noodles, fudge or penne with creative additions, such as pumpkin seed and parsley pesto or radicchio with pear and gorgonzola. Creativity and fragrances continue with risottos, lasagnas, polenta and spaghetti, but everywhere the emphasis is on the lightness of the food and the invasion of smells and tastes. Ravioli are also excellent, they can be mushroom, cheese, meat or basil ravioli. If you're more hungry, you can also enjoy steak in different ways or venture into the sea waters of white fish, shrimp and octopus. In the style of real Italian cuisine, we can also think of angel pizza, where we can just get lost in the wide selection. Even with the salads, we are pampered with the flavors of Tuscany, and the emphasis is on seasonal vegetables. For the sweet finishing touch, we think of angelic sweet or savory pancakes, panna cotta or chocolate mousse. Since every good food also goes well with good wine, at Angelo we refresh ourselves with a selection of open and bottled wines from Slovenian producers, and we end the entire culinary adventure with a short espresso and we will feel like among angels.
