In the center of the capital lies Eksperiment, a restaurant and bar that takes care of hungry stomachs until the early hours of the morning. For beer lovers, it is welcome information that they can pour home-made beer, brewed according to their own recipe. Beer goes perfectly with pork ribs, poultry and roast chicken, which are always on their menu. Even vegetarians will be satisfied. They can order aubergine pie or loparnica, a stack of pancakes, vegetables and cottage cheese. We can only order a snack in the form of tapas or cold cuts. They also prepare a varied range of lunches for us every day, which are regularly changed and adjusted. As summer is approaching, the menu has been expanded with a large selection of salads. For sweets, we can try chocolate lava cake, pear in refoška, tiramisu... There is something for everyone, if we dare to experiment with proven recipes again and again.
