The daily offer includes meat and seafood as well as vegetable dishes. For starters, we think of baked young cheese on arugula, prosciutto with mozzarella and olives, or perhaps porcini mushrooms with buckwheat porridge. We choose pasta in various forms, and the selection of sauces ranges from basic tomato with basil to truffle sauce, and for rice fans there is a large selection of risottos. The meat corner is represented by delicious combinations of chicken, turkey or beef, accompanied by a creative side dish, and the crown of the meat offer is turkey in truffle sauce with porcini mushrooms.
