The established Italian tenor, Andrea Bocelli, will give a concert in Slovenia for the first time this year. At the November concert, more precisely on November 19, 2016, which will take place in the center of Stožica, he will present himself with arias from famous operas by Verdi, Puccini and others. The repertoire will not lack even the best film music hits from the singer's latest album Cinema.
A charismatic Italian tenor with a surprisingly wide musical range, Andrea Bocelli, will November 19, 2016 performed here for the first time. V to the center of Stožica we will be able to listen to songs from films such as Gladiator, The Godfather, Love Story, Breakfast at Tiffany's, opera arias and, of course, his most recognizable hits.

Along the way, he proved himself not only as a fantastic singer, but also as an excellent songwriter and music producer. Andrea was born in Tuscans, where many other famous composers, such as Puccini and Mascagni, are also from, and he grew up in a small town next to Pisa. While studying law, he performed as a pianist in local bars and clubs, while eventually realizing that his only and true instrument was his own voice. His global music career took off in 1994 when he won the San Remo Festival with the song Il Mare Calmo della Sera. Not long after that, he got his first role in Verdi's opera Macbeth. Shortly after that, he filled St. Peter's Square in the Vatican, when he performed in front of tens of thousands of people and Pope Ivan Paul II. He often shares the stage with very well established artists such as Jose Carreras and Placido Domingo, while many like to place him alongside Caruso and Sinatra, mainly because of his influence on contemporary popular music.
These were his beginnings. After that, everything went up in his career. Among others, the renowned tenor had the honor of being appointed a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, in addition to having already performed live in front of three presidents of the United States of America, three popes and various royal families around the world.
The organizers promise an unforgettable event in the company of the unique Bocelli and his interpretations of the most popular film music hits. There are also quite a few musical surprises planned for the evening.
