  • 250 g butter cookies
  • 100 g of coconut butter
  • 4 dcl of milk
  • 1 bag of vanilla pudding
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 30 g of gelatin

The process of making strawberry cake without baking:
First, crush the butter cookies and add melted butter to them. Mix and cover a round baking dish (diameter 28 cm) with the mixture. Place in the freezer for a quarter of an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the pudding (follow the instructions on the bag). Pour it over the dough and put it in the cold for an additional 15 minutes. During this time, clean the strawberries, cut them and put them on the stove together with the sugar in a pan so that the sugar melts. Mix with a hand mixer and add gelatin to the liquid to thicken. Pour the layer over the cake and put it back in the freezer. The cake should be ready after 15 minutes, if it still seems runny, leave it in the freezer for another quarter of an hour.
