Italian cuisine is not only famous for the best pizzas and pastas, but also for its typical meat specialties. Together with your help, we will prepare some of the tastiest meat delicacies at the November cooking academy. The official name of the academy is Jamnica.
The main dishes will be prepared by the head chef Kaval inns and pizzerias, Dragan Marjanović, and the desserts will be provided by a confectioner from Lolita, Greg Roda. Kaval's winemaker of the month for November will also be presented CLEN'ART. The official water of the academy is Pit.
