Asus excites gamers with the Strix Scar II and Strix Hero II models

Many people spend a good part of their lives playing computer games. That is why the excitement at the launch of powerful computers, such as the new Asus notebooks, is all the greater.

Asus presented the latest members of its most powerful the ROG laptop line, which is intended for gamers. The two new products are very similar. They differ primarily in which genres of computer games they are intended for.

Strix Scar II it targets the players they most admire first person shooter games, while it is Strix Hero II the right choice for those who swear by multiplayer online battle arenas. The first version has white colored keys WASD, and the other QWER. It can also be noticed that their casings are slightly different.

The exterior of the new models shines red-green-blue. When designing computers, the creators strove to make the frame of their screen as thin as possible.

 

The laptop is powered by a hexa-core processor Lake Core i7-8750H or Core i5-8300H. The content is displayed to the user on 15.6-inch IPS screen with resolution 1080p. It is on read-write memory 32 GB space. The computer boasts a number of ports such as USB-A, USB-C, Mini, Mini DisplayPort, HDMI, Ethernet and a headphone jack. A memory card reader is also part of the device. The thickness of both notebooks, which otherwise weigh 2.4 kg, it is 26 mm.

Scar II will have to be deducted 1,999 dollars respectively 1,719 euros. The Hero II is slightly more affordable - it is priced at $1,699 respectively 1,461 euros.
