In the premises of the city's former largest bakery at Grajské trg 6 in Maribor, known for many years by the people of Maribor under the name Kruh čejlo, after the recent renovation of the bread and pastry shop and the bistro with a cafe, a new restaurant, Pri Florjanu, has opened its doors inside the building. Matjaž Ivanc, the owner of the restaurant and cafe, emphasized that he wants to offer a new culinary experience with the restaurant in Maribor, based mainly on light, fresh and tasty Mediterranean cuisine. It is a combination of good food and drink, modern and comfortable ambience and acceptable prices. During the day, we have a quality alternative to fast lunches, and in the evening we can have a good dinner in the restaurant with a glass of quality wine. The spacious restaurant with an atrium has a total of 120 seats. The young, experienced team, which gathered knowledge both from recognized experts in the field of gastronomy at home and abroad, carefully prepared an interesting and high-quality selection of made-to-order dishes, daily simple dishes and small snacks. Given that Ivanc has gained experience in quite a few Slovenian restaurants, we will certainly not leave disappointed.
