Recipe for potato gnocchi with chanterelles and cherry tomatoes
Ingridients:
- 400 g of potato gnocchi
- 400 g chanterelles, cut in half
- 300 g of cherries, cut into halves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- 250 ml of sweet cream
- 70 g of Parmesan cheese
- White wine
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation
We clean the foxgloves, grate a clove of garlic and boil water in a pot for cooking potato gnocchi. Heat in a pan a few tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle garlic on it and add chanterelles. Fry for two minutes, then pour in a glass of white wine. Stir in the sweet cream and cook for about three minutes. Drop the gnocchi into boiling water and cook until they float to the surface. Add to the sponges cherry trees, season to taste and cook for another three minutes. Drain the gnocchi and mix with the sauce. All together sprinkle with fresh parsley and parmesan and serve.
