BIC Ljubljana has opened a renovated shop KRUHarije and CUKRnije, where bakery and confectionery products from the school's bakery and pastry shop, prepared by the center's students, will be available.

BIC Ljubljana (Biotechnical Education Center) renovated the shop Bakeries and confectionery, where they will be available to the general public bakery and pastry products from the school bakery and pastry shop, prepared by the center's students. "At BIC Ljubljana, we want to offer our pupils, students and participants of our other educations the best conditions for learning. For individual professions, these also mean enabling them to come into contact with real conditions in the environment, when they must also be able to present and sell the product they learn and know how to make. That's why we decided to renovate the school store. In it, the students of our programs will be bakers and pastry chefs presented their products to the general public. We look forward to their new ideas," said the director of BIC Ljubljana after the renovation Jasna Kržin Stepišnik.

In the renovated school shop KRUHarije and CUKRnije (located in the pavilion in front of the school building BIC Ljubljana) will be available in addition to the familiar bakery and confectionery products special school products, which were developed together with mentors by the pupils and students of BIC Ljubljana. You will also be able to choose between savory pretzels, rye bread, oat biscuits, cream slice, cottage cheese pie with fruit, BIC French loaf, buckwheat bread with walnuts, mixed bread with pumpkin seeds, peasant bread, white corn flour bread, chocolate and fruit cakes, pasta and other products. The offer will include homemade and hand-made products according to traditional recipes with a touch of modernity. The efforts of BIC Ljubljana students and the knowledge acquired abroad also bring uniqueness to the products.
