Balkango is the right address for all lovers of the new, unusual and unique, who enjoy mixing flavours and like to experiment. The very name of the restaurant betrays that it is a combination of two flavours, which together create a new culinary experience. Who would have thought that we could delight our taste buds with Balkan and African cuisine at the same time? Balkango certainly thought of this, and made it possible for us. The attractive restaurant is located in the Kongo Hotel & Casino gaming lounge. The interesting concept allows our creativity unlimited freedom. On special tables with a built-in grill, we can prepare our perfect meal all by ourselves. We can use a wide selection of meat and vegetable ingredients and Balkan and African specialities. The chefs are happy to help, and we can of course leave the preparation of the dish to them entirely - which will be a relief for those of us who are less talented in cooking. The fusion of unusual flavours and dishes from two continents ensures a culinary adventure that does not cross our paths every day. There is a wide selection of Balkan and, for us, much more exotic, African dishes, which are a kind of gourmet journey through the savannah - fillet of bison, antelope, crocodile or zebra with vegetables and young cheese. In a true African ambiance, the magic of flavors is created right before our eyes. The restaurant accommodates 24 people, and its specific design and execution will be enjoyed only by visitors to the gaming lounge. For entry, do not forget a valid personal document with a photo.
