This weekend, September 4 and 5, 2021, Pogačarjev trg in Ljubljana will once again smell intoxicating, and the visitors' nostrils will also be tickled by bubbles and the pleasant aromas of beer of all kinds. The fourteenth edition of the Pivo & Burger Fest culinary project will delight fans of this classic duo on Saturday between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. and on Sunday between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m.
The refreshed drink and food offer will include a few over 100 labels of excellent, mostly domestic beers, more than 35 versions of burgers for all tastes and a handful of other exceptional delicacies and non-alcoholic drinks. Lovers of all things good will be able to wander between the stalls with a colorful palette all weekend long meat, vegetarian and vegan burgers, tried other street food hits, chowed down on fries, onion rings and other side dishes, and to top it all off, sweetened up. The goodies will be learned on the advice of the brewing masters to be paired with a wide variety of beers, everything from classic lagers to experimental sour beers and other aromatic concoctions, and then shared opinions with friends over loud chats and happily toasted the coming autumn.
