In 2015, Kickstarter consolidated its status as the first platform for crowdfunding, although it also served bizarre projects (potato salad, remember) along with a bunch of high-profile campaigns. This did not undermine its legitimacy, although it is increasingly difficult to know what is really worth our money and what is not. On the other hand, there is also a small sea of campaigns that were justifiably extremely successful. In our selection, we took into account the following: the amount of money raised, the originality of the idea and critical reception.
In the following, we will present you the best campaigns on Kickstarter in 2015. We have already presented many of them, including many Slovenian ones, in detail. Unfortunately, we Slovenians do not have a representative among the most financially resounding campaigns, but Slovenian start-ups did not rest this year either and are at this crowdfunding platform successfully aborted just 20 projects.
