Top chefs from different parts of the world, including Alex Atala, Alain Ducasse, Dan Barber, Helene Darroze, Clare Smyth and Ana Roš, are in the Paris exhibition center Palais Brongniart announced the prize winners World Restaurant Awards.
At the event, the winners in 18 categories. The restaurants that celebrated in the formal categories received 'large plates'. Recipients of awards in categories that were primarily for entertainment (e.g. Instagram account of the year) had to settle for 'small plates'.
The jury consisted of 100 judges. The chefs were also joined by experienced restaurant reviewers.
Award for restaurant of the year earned by the restaurant Wolfgat, which lies in a South African place Paternoster. She also celebrated in the column 'the best destination from the road'. Prestigious restaurant with 20 seats is located in 130-year-old hut above the Wolfgat cave, which stands right next to the sea coast.
