Beyoncé x Topshop - Ivy Park Sportswear Collection

Beyoncé x Topshop with Ivy Park sportswear collection

Ivy Park is the long-awaited sportswear collection of Beyoncé and the brand Topshop. It includes over 200 pieces of equipment for a wide range of sports, and with the name the popular singer, who was helped to create the collection by Philip Green, the alpha and omega of the Topshop brand, paid tribute to her daughter Blue Ivy and Parkwood Park, where she used to run with her father. He was also an inspiration for her, as he was the one who got her excited about sports.

Similar to Rihanna it is too Beyoncé from musical lines to fashion, except that she did not decide on a street collection, but on a collection of sportswear Ivy Park. Beyoncé and Topshop announced their cooperation in October 2014, but after a long wait they sent the first presentation video online.

All pieces from the collection will be from April 14, 2016 available from Topshop (online) as well as from Selfridges, Net-a-Porter, Nordstrom, JD Sports and Zalando. A fashionable and comfortable line of sportswear is suitable for indoor and outdoor activities and express the singer's style and strength. Or as she says herself: "When I work and train, I am all the time in sports clothes, but so far I haven't found any brand that suits my skin. My goal with Ivy Park is to blur the lines between sports brands, but at the same time support and inspire women who understand that beauty is more than just a physical phenomenon. True beauty is the health of our minds, hearts and bodies. When I feel physically strong, I am also mentally strong. That's why I wanted to create a brand that would evoke the same feeling in other women."

Sports and exercise have always been an integral part of Beyoncé's life, who said at the presentation of the new brand: "My father used to wake me up in the morning, knocking on the door of my room and telling me it was time to run." Many times I wanted to give up, but I pushed myself forward. It taught me discipline.
