The Gallus hall of Cankarjev dom will host the big Christmas concert Božič in Ljubljana on Christmas. The most beautiful melodies will be performed under the direction of dr. Henrik Neubauer connected in a wonderful Christmas story, which will be recreated by exceptional artists. They will resonate in your mind and heart for a long time.
The concert will be held on the stage of the largest hall of Cankarjev dom Christmas in Ljubljana presented more than 160 outstanding musicians and artists performing. The most beautiful Christmas melodies will be played Handel, Tchaikovsky, Gruber, Saint-Saën, Gounod, Vivaldi and others.

Conducted by a conductor Marjan Grdadolnik the concert will be performed by the Symphony Orchestra Cantabile, tenorist Janez Lotrič, a soprano Mojca Bitenc, a mezzo-soprano Tina Drole, baritone Domen Križaj, organist Gasper Jereb, a trumpeter Jernej Gantar, a violinist Manca Rupnik, mixed choir Adoramus and a mixed choir Ljubljana madrigalists. They will also provide a real Christmas atmosphere knockers from Brezovica, a children's folklore group from Krna Dreznica and dancers Ballet schools Conservatory of Music and Ballet Ljubljana. At the end, the performers will put together another living nativity scene.
